Ingredients:
1 l/2 pounds ground beef
1 (30oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (8oz) bag shell noodles
1 (12oz) carton sour cream
1 (12oz) carton cottage cheese
1lb Provolone cheese
Directions:
Brown meat and add sauce. Simmer. Prepare noodles according to the directions. Drain and add sour cream and cottage cheese. Layer three main ingredients: the meat sauce, noodle mixture, and Provolone cheese slices. Layer again but end with meat. Top with the majority of cheese. Bake in a large 9x13-inch casserole dish for 25 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before servings. Makes 8 servings. Preparation time: 35 minutes.
