Cinnamon Rolls
This recipe is the perfect twist on a childhood classic. I’m always looking to switch things up, and these cinnamon rolls are a sweet twist on something you know your family is sure to love. Four ingredients mixed with endless compliments. Trust me, you won’t regret it. I learned this cinnamon roll hack from Mark Rhodes. He is one of my favorite cooks!
What you need:
1 bag Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls (12 count frozen)
1 box Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding
1 stick of butter
Cinnamon
Here’s how:
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Line dish with frozen cinamon rolls. Sprinkle pudding mix over the top of the cinnamon rolls. Melt stick of butter and drizzle on top. Cover dish with saran wrap. Be sure to spray saran wrap with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, set the cinnamon rolls out at room temperature for 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to allow the rolls to rise. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Ice cinnamon rolls with frosting provided with the rolls while warm. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
